Pay by check, money order, or credit card (Visa and MasterCard). There is a $25.00 fee on all returned checks. All returned checks should be cleared or proper arrangements should be made within 20 calendar days. With no exceptions, pay all returned checks with a money order or cashiers check.If, after 30 days, the account holder fails to respond, and/or mail the check will be scanned for public view on the internet. Palmetto Soap Co., does not accept responsibility for delayed fulfillment or delivery.  We accept returns if the merchandise is defective or damaged. Palmetto Soap Co. must be contacted within 20 days of receipt of order to request a return. All returns requested due to suspected defective merchandise should contact customer service ASAP. All returns will be issued store credit.  For damaged packages, must notify customer service within 2 business days. Customers will receive an account credit for returns. All UPS & Postal carriers should note the damage on their carrier release forms.  Once the claims paperwork is in process through the carrier new products will be shipped. New products will not be released if the claim is delayed from inability of the carrier to contact the customer or the customer discarded all packaging to prove to the carrier the package was damaged in transit. 

Please help file these claims. Without your help our hands are tied. We often can rush a replacement in transit if we get your help and allow the process to work completely.  The number of backorders has significantly been reduced by increasing inventories. Unfortunately, out-of-stocks occasionally occur. Prices are subject to change at anytime. Items may be discontinued without notice.
